Thank you for the wonderful afternoon we had at your stables. I enjoyed your program and the connections discussed between horses and people. I think you are doing great work and appreciate that you took the time to share this gift with us.

Thanks so much for the opportunity to experience the Equine Connection training you gave us. I really enjoyed the time. For me, I found the experience to be a great "refresher course" in the art of "therapeutic approach". As counselors, we get into habits of doing things sometimes. This required me to look at standard practices from a different angle and to learn to come at situations with clients from with a refreshed perspective. Beyond that, the whole afternoon was a metaphor for the promotion of nonviolence.
Also, I just wanted you to know that I took your business information and flyers with me to a couple of other meetings with other organizations and really talked about how great this training was and showed them the list of all of the neat stuff you do on a regular basis. Some people seemed very interested and took down the information. :)

I just wanted to thank you again for the awesome day you gave us yesterday. We have been under increased stress lately with huge caseloads and a review of the agency coming up soon.  One of the counselors shared that her neck wasn’t hurting for the first time in 2 months(and she meant that!) and she was a different person yesterday. It was amazing how our personalities did come out when working with the horses.
It is so obvious your horses are so loved and well taken care of. You did such a great job of facilitating also and pushing some of us (yes - me!) to go past our fears. Though I have always thought horses were one of the most beautiful and graceful animals alive I now have a new appreciation for how God created them and their purpose of healing people in a way that humans can’t touch (like counselors). You are in a beautiful setting that is so serene and helps to create a real "feel good" atmosphere. You probably noticed none of us wanted to leave!
I would recommend Equine Connection to anyone and everyone without any hesitation. I am sure that they will leave a different person. I thought about my experience all day today because it felt so good to go back there if even in my mind only. I can’t thank you enough for donating your time and energy to us yesterday (when I know you had plenty of other things to do!). You made a difference in our lives that I hope we will pass on to others.
